Mission Statement

As our name suggests, at the Port Washington Family Skating Center you are more than a customer, you are part of our family. Whether your child is a recreational skater, a figure skater, or a hockey player we get a true sense of satisfaction watching children grow up and progress in their activities from year to year. Our adult skaters rekindle their youthful spirit through the challenge and fun of these sports.  Students and parents alike form lasting bonds of friendship as a result of time spent at our rink.  We invite you to read about our various programs and events and become part of “our family”.

The Long Island Edge Bantam

 Major team took first place in

 the prestigious Silversticks

 tournament in
West Chester, PA.  They won

 the tournament with an
impressive 6-0 record. 

In January, the team will

be going to the International

 Silversticks
tournament in Michigan to

 play other regional
winners from the US

and Canada.
